Rooted & Rising is a thoughtful women’s gathering created to bring women together for honest conversation, reflection, connection and growth.

Hosted by Thrive Impact CIC, this special afternoon offers a warm and welcoming space for women to pause, listen, share and be encouraged through meaningful discussions and gentle moments of reflection.

Guests can expect inspiring guest speakers, a moderated panel conversation, anonymous question reflections, a calm reflection activity, refreshments, and a soft closing moment designed to leave women feeling encouraged and uplifted.

Whether you are navigating life, carrying responsibilities, rediscovering your voice, or simply in need of space to breathe, this gathering is for you.

This is a women-only event, open to women aged 18+.
